A Special Evening Family Worship for those who are busy with travel sports on Sunday morning (and for all who have been away from morning worship) is to be held at 5:00 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 225 French Street, Bangor. Kay Eames will present an organ concert on Sunday, November 5 at 2:00 p.m. at All Souls Church, 10 Broadway, Bangor. The Senior Choir of the church will be featured on the program, along with Anne Small, flutist and organist. Selections will include music of J. S. Bach, Mendelssohn, and Bédard; music of the Reformation era; and some of Kay’s original compositions. Donations will be accepted for the Pipe Organ Reserve Fund at the church. FMI call 942-7354.
All Third Graders and their caregivers are welcome to join a fun, informative, Race Through the Bible class for three consecutive Sunday mornings. Classes will be held October 15, 22, and 29th in Room 4 of the Bailey Building from 8:45 to 9:45 AM. Students will then be presented with a new Adventure Bible during the Worship Service on Sunday, November 5th. Come join us!
