Bazaar Committee Update
The backbone of the All Souls Annual Bazaar are the volunteers - many, many volunteers! It's a great way to work with your church friends and meet new faces from the community. The Bazaar Committee is already hard at work. They are currently looking for:
🍬Someone to assist with the Candy Booth as co-chair
🥧An assistant for the Pie Workshops
🥫If you're canning fresh grown vegetables and/or making fruit preserves and pickles, please consider making a few more jars for the Pantry at the Bazaar
💝Donations of Silent Auction items and Attic Treasures
📚Donations for the Library to include books, puzzles & DVDs
🧶Donations of small crafts such as knitted or sewn potholders, ornaments, etc.
Donations can be dropped off behind the curtain on the Vestry stage—each area is clearly marked so your goodies land in the right spot.
September 19th | 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. | Craft with Sue & Sherry
Sue Hicks & Sherry Purvis will be making cute little hats to sell as stocking stuffers at the Bizarre that fit a Ferrero Rocher chocolate inside! All supplies will be provided. OR-if you prefer, bring your own craft to work on. All crafters welcome! Light snacks will be available. Let one of us know if you plan to come so we can prepare supplies accordingly! THANKS!
