2018 Annual Bazaar | Your Help is Needed!
The Annual Bazaar has been scheduled for Saturday, November 17th from 9:00AM to 2:00PM
This is a wonderful tradition that is enjoyed by many in the church and surrounding community each year, which includes over 15 booths, a Café in the Vestry, and the Coffee Shoppe.
The backbone of the All Souls Annual Bazaar are the volunteers - many, many, volunteers! Volunteering is a great way to work with your church friends and meet new faces from the community.
We are looking for more helpers, specifically someone to assist with the luncheon and someone to assist with the ever-popular gift baskets. If you haven’t made a commitment to any specific task for the bazaar, please consider getting involved. Preparation is a fun time of fellowship as well as service! We will gladly accept all offers of help. ASSIST-JC’ers, there are opportunities for you too! We’ll be looking for helpers for setting up, cleaning up, serving during the luncheon, and volunteers in the children’s room. This is definitely an event where “many hands make light work.”
Please see below for more details and ways to help or contact any of the individuals below or the Church Office at allsouls@allsoulsbangor.com.

Attic Treasures Booth
Missed the ASSIST-JC Yard Sale? Well, here's another chance to get some great deals! A little more laid back then the Silent Auction, but it’s certainly the shopper's paradise at the Annual Bazaar! This booth accepts your holiday cast-offs plus “gently used” items that you no longer need for your home! We will not accept any clothing, shoes or handbags.
We extend very grateful thanks to all who have confirmed their intention to oversee a booth or otherwise assist with this significant undertaking.
This is the church’s largest fundraiser of the year!
What a responsibility!
