It is time for the All Soul’s Gardeners to begin our springtime process.
First, grab your shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows and come to church on Wednesday, April 10 between 8:30 and 9 am and help us spread the mulch generously donated by Brian Parker and delivered by Dave Boomer. This is truly a task where many hands make light work. Not only does the mulch look nice, but it helps keep the weeds down!! We can really use all the help we can get, even if it’s just for a short time.
Next is the Gardeners Coffee. Everyone, whether a new gardener or “seasoned”; whether you just enjoy the flowers or would like to explore how you might be able to contribute; or you just like coffee, tea and good conversation, you are invited to join us for light refreshments in the Hearth Room on Thursday April 11 between 8:30 and 10 am. All are welcome.
Work in the gardens will begin in earnest the end of April. There are ways you can help even if you can’t come Wednesday mornings!
Please join us mulch April 10 and coffee April 11.
