Where will your journeys with Jesus take you this summer?

At All Souls, we’re excited to bring back a beloved tradition—the Flat Jesus Project—and we invite you to be part of it! This simple, creative activity is a meaningful way to remember an important truth: Jesus is always with us, wherever we go.

📖 As Jesus promises in Matthew 28:20, “I am with you always.”And in 1 Corinthians 12:27, we are reminded that we are the Body of Christ.

Together, these truths shape how we live and move in the world. We are invited not only to spend time in Christ’s presence, but also to shine God’s light and love to others—whether we’re gathered here at All Souls or scattered across beaches, camps, hiking trails, and family vacations.

What Is the Flat Jesus Project?

The idea is simple—and fun!

Pick up your Flat Jesus at the table in the back of the Meetinghouse (or print a copy at home).
Color Him any way you like—get creative!
Take Him with you on all your summer adventures.

From backyard barbecues to cross-country road trips, Flat Jesus is a reminder that everything we do can be part of God’s Kingdom work.

A Summer Reminder

Even though we no longer see Jesus physically (see Mark 16:19, Luke 24:50, Acts 1:6), we trust in His promise to be with us always. At the same time, we carry an incredible calling: to be His hands and feet in the world.

So wherever this summer takes you, remember:

Jesus is with you.
You are the Body of Christ.
Every moment matters in God’s Kingdom.
