The All Souls Bazaar is Coming! Here's What You Need to Know

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as we gather for the All Souls Annual Bazaar, our largest fundraiser of the year and a wonderful celebration of community, generosity, and fellowship.
Whether you're a longtime Bazaar volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, there are many ways to participate. From workshops and donations to volunteering and sponsorships, every contribution helps make this beloved event a success.
How You Can Help:
Meals-To-Go
Help stock one of the Bazaar's most popular offerings. Free containers are available during Coffee Hour or on November 8. Stop by the Vestry to meet with Doug Kavanaugh and pick up containers to fill and return.
Book & Puzzle Room
The Book & Puzzle Room is seeking donations of:
• Children's and adult fiction
• Recent nonfiction books
• Puzzles
Cookie Nook
The Cookie Nook is always a crowd favorite. If you enjoy baking, consider making a batch (or two!) of your favorite cookies to donate.
Pantry
Homemade preserves and pickles are always in demand. In fact, there never seem to be enough pickles to satisfy shoppers, so if you can make extra this year, we'd be grateful.
Silent Auction
One of the most popular features of the Bazaar, the Silent Auction welcomes donations of:
• Antiques and collectibles
• Artwork and jewelry
• Sports or performance tickets
• Gift certificates
• Other unique, high-quality items that inspire bidding excitement
Crafters Creations
Do you enjoy making things by hand? Consider donating your handmade treasures, including:
• Jewelry
• Aprons and potholders
• Quilts and table runners
• Advent calendars
• Ornaments
• Wooden crafts and more
Bazaar Luncheon Volunteers Needed
The luncheon is an important part of the day, and volunteers are needed for:
• Wait staff
• Kitchen crew
• Dishwashing
Lunch will be served beginning at 12:00 p.m., and all are welcome to join us!
Become a Bazaar Sponsor
For $50, you can help cover the costs of the Bazaar, including food preparation, baking ingredients, workshop supplies, and other behind-the-scenes expenses.Every sponsorship helps ensure that more of the proceeds raised can directly support the ministries and programs of All Souls. See our Sponsorship Letter Here.
Bazaar Week Workshops & Volunteer Opportunities
Leading up to the Bazaar, volunteers will gather throughout the week to prepare many of the handmade items that make this event so special. No matter your age, experience, or ability, there is a place for you. Every helping hand makes a difference.
